Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellations: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. If the order is canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be processed. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hashh.io within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
    • Products purchased on clearance or sale

3. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@hashh.io.
